We have been around since 2005, specializing in asphalt, paving, and concrete construction. TCS was officially formed in 2008 in order to focus on commercial and municipal site development projects. Chris Bortz, president of Towne Construction Services, and Manager Bill Davis bring a combined 30 years of construction and development experience to the company.
